Kyle Kelley
President & CEO
Humility, gratitude, and integrity are the core values that guide every decision Kyle makes, whether he’s working with clients, mentoring team members, spending time with his family, or meeting someone new. He believes that true leadership begins with a servant’s heart, and that being in the ever-evolving world of finance demands a deep sense of responsibility and accountability.
For Kyle, this work is a calling. He understands that money sits at the center of many life decisions, it reflects our values and is exchanged for the things we want most. Yet, in the midst of life’s complexity, whether through seasons of joy or hardship, we can lose sight of what truly matters. Kyle believes it is his vocation to help bring clarity and purpose back into focus.
Prior to joining FCM in 2013, he served four years in the United States Navy as a Logistics Specialist, stationed in Norfolk, Virginia. While serving as one of the ship’s two master helmsmen, his primary focus was on managing financial budgets and metrics. After being honorably discharged, Kyle completed his bachelor’s degree at Grand Valley State University with a focus on Financial Analytics, while simultaneously acquiring all licensing to practice.
Kyle leads the firm’s integrated and interactive planning process, Planning with Purpose. His deep understanding of global economics, combined with a genuine passion for building meaningful relationships, drives his approach to financial guidance. As FCM’s key investment strategist, he brings analytical insight and a gift for making complex financial concepts approachable, helping clients gain both clarity and confidence in their financial lives.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, 7 kids, and 3 grandchildren.
