Vice President - Client Experience and Operations
Audrey has worked in financial services since 1986, beginning her career with American Express Financial Advisors as an advisor with Paul Damon as her mentor. She worked in that capacity for several years until the birth of her oldest child. She has continued working in financial services for the past 30+ years in various capacities, discovering that her passion was to work behind the scenes in building systems and processes so that the team was equipped to deliver exceptional services to clients. Her passion is to be a bright spot in the day of each client she interacts with, by responding quickly and effectively to their requests.
Audrey and her husband, Steve, have been married since 1983 and live in Grand Rapids. They are proud parents of 3 young adult children. Michael is a graduate of Hope College, American University and is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Illinois - Chicago. Connor is a graduate of Aquinas College and pursing a master’s in management while working full-time. Erika is a graduate of Madison College in Madison, Wisconsin and works in client service at a wealth management firm. Along with spending time with her family and friends, she is actively involved as an elder in her church, participates in bible study, loves to read, and enjoys taking long walks with her dogs.
Audrey graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Business Management. She acquired the Certified Financial Planner designation in 1991, in addition to the following securities industry licenses
- Series 7, General Securities Representative
- Series 63, Uniform Securities Agent State Law
- Series 24, General Securities Principal.
